Medical Connections, a local company in Boca Raton, FL is looking to bring on board full time healthcare travel recruiters to fill immediate openings in our travel- contract/temporary department.  

We are seeking aggressive, results driven individuals with prior experience in healthcare staffing. Prior Experience in Travel, PRN or Per Diem a plus. This is a hands-on, outbound calling sales position that requires strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Our services are providing staff to fill the increasing demand of jobs in the healthcare industry, one of the fastest growing businesses in today’s hard economy. This position offers future potential to make excellent commissions in a leading industry with increasing demands.

Position Overview:

A successful candidate will demonstrate the necessary skills of this position including,

• Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and demonstrate a personable relationship with multiple candidates over a given time span.
• Excellent communication skill with timely follow up who has a strong closing ability and positive attitude.
• Must be computer savvy, detail orientated and show tenacity in a high competitive industry.

 Requirements:

• Strong background in outbound phone sales.
• History of high earnings from commission sales
• Ability to close in a high pressure environment
