[Nov 17, 2009] Mr. Anthony Nicolosi, President of Medical Connections, Inc. stated, “We are pleased with the renegotiated terms of the lease agreement. Specifically, the amendment will result in savings of $1,126,243 in total minimum payments required over the term of the lease. The significant reduction in our monthly rent is attributable to our decision to reduce the size of the leased property from 18,966 square feet to 10,058 square feet. We believe that reducing the square footage will not only improve our cash flow, but more importantly, will still provide adequate space to implement our business strategy. Read more

Revenue for the third quarter was $1,552,899, a decrease of $302,772, or 16.3%, when compared to the $1,855,671 in revenue for the same three-month period one year ago. perating expenses declined $555,151 to $3,311,864 as the Company continued its expense reduction efforts. [May 28, 2009] Medical Staffing Direct previously operated as a provider of per-diem nurse staffing for large national hospital clients. MSD’s core business was conducted in the Florida and New York markets. The assets include hospital contracts and industry relationships, which include several key MSD directors that will assist Medical Connections in future relationships with national clients.
