Full Time Data Entry

Medical Connections, a local company in Boca Raton, FL is looking to bring on board a full time data entry person to fill an immediate opening in our operation department. This position will work closely with both our permanent and travel departments and will be responsible for providing a high level of support to both divisions.

We are seeking a motivated, result driven individuals with prior experience in data entry and healthcare staffing. This is a hands-on, fast paced position that requires strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

This position will require a strong working knowledge of computers that will assist when performing daily responsibilities.

• Entering and updating active jobs from our clients employment needs. These positions will be provided through email, online or in bound calls.
• Managing sourcing inbox and all marketing leads. This responsibility will be the front line and intake of all direct applies in addition to online lead distribution.
• This person will be responsible for learning our contact management system along with internal processes and procedures that will define additional responsibilities of this role as a support staff member.   

Requirements:

• This position will require a candidate that will be able to multi task and who has a strong history in computers with basic software programs.
• We require a detail oriented person who can take direction from multiple supervisors and work independently without constant supervision.
• Must be able to type 60-70 words per minute with active knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proficient experience on the internet is required.
